Return & Exchange Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • Items are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, within 3 days of purchase.

  • All returns or exchanges must include a copy of the original invoice along with a properly filled Return/Exchange Form, clearly mentioning the reason for exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for sending the product back using a traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange or refund process will be completed within 3 working days.

  • All returns must be sent to the following address:
    Aoun Collection, 13 Hunza Block, alongside Jalal Sons, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.

  • Please ensure that the returned product and Return/Exchange Form are included in the shipment to avoid delays.

Important Notes

  • Customers are generally allowed to exchange items only; refunds are not applicable.

  • In exceptional cases where a return is approved and it is confirmed that the issue was due to the customer’s error, a 10% deduction will be applied to the total order amount before issuing the refund.

  • This policy is valid for 3 days only from the date of purchase. Requests after this period will not be entertained.
